Being a parent to a toddler I understand how hard it can be to get them to eat, let alone eat healthy. We can try all kinds of tricks to make them want to eat it and they will find a new place to hide it. So when we are trying to change our eating habits and live a healthier lifestyle we can't expect for everyone in our household to get on board AND like it.
Some days we may even find ourselves making 2 different meals for dinner. So when time or money is stressed and 2 meals is just not an option; here is a list of my top 5 toddler approved Keto Meals that will make the whole family happy.
1. Pizza (Almond Flour Recipe)
When in doubt, pizza out! Pizza is a fun quick meal that can satisfy the whole family’s appetite. My daughter prefers the almond flour pizza crust above all the other recipes but the fun is in trying a new recipe and making it together.

2. Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad is a simple dish that can be a gem after a long day. Whether you wrap it in a low carb tortilla, dip with cucumber chips, or eat it right out of the bowl, it’s a meal that’s light quick and can be served anyway you want it.

I don’t know any kid that doesn’t like burgers, that’s not to say there aren’t any out there I just don’t know them. Burgers are a favorite in my house. My daughter prefers to eat her burgers without bread anyway but there are plenty of options like low carb buns and lettuce wraps that you can try out on your family.
